Learnt a lot from 218 of u all and now i realised that i am so lousy...the first step is wrong, i shouldnt take this high post as i cant handle it so well. Being scolded and complaining by others for 3 months... when i am doing things right, no one praise or even show support me. when i am doing things wrong, guns and bullets come to me.

I didnt put the blame to anyone but MYSELF... i am the one who did the wrong thing the most. Just put the blame on me.

However, i am thankful to Mr. Tan, Dr. Ong and Mr. Jason who showing support to me. I am appreciate and happy with this.

its okay to take blames since ur taking the highest post and being their leader.. but no matter how good a person is.. most ppl always find wat other ppl lack and normally giv bad comments.. its juz human nature to critic others and not blame thmselves..

im not saying that ur good nor bad.. but at least u are strong and courageous enough to challenge that post.. it takes guts even for a guy.. besides as u know this is a collage where ppl learn.. so dont take in ur heart in wat ppl say and correct urself in watever that u lack.. and i suggest that u continue challenging the post if u think ur up to take the challenge.. i seriously respected u whn i heard u took tat post ^^\*tabik* haha~~
there is a saying that goes something lik tis.. "it takes a wise man/woman to recognize their own weaknesses but an stronger man/woman will always work hard to overcome his own weaknesses"
